Consultation calls are a core part of our service. Please only apply if you're comfortable speaking with clients by phone or Zoom.
At least 1 year of resume writing, or 3+ years combined in professional writing, HR (hiring), career consulting or recruitment.
Familiarity with modern resume formats, how applicant tracking systems work and what hiring managers look for.
Strong phone and online chat communication, with consistent follow-up that builds trust.
Comfortable working independently and moving between Outlook, Slack and our CRM.
You'll get our proven guidelines and resources, plus the flexibility to choose projects that suit your expertise, writing style and schedule.
